MONTEREY, Calif. The Spirit West Coast music festival may be taking a year off from its annual Memorial Day Weekend gathering in Southern California, but that doesn't mean that music fans have to go without hearing their favorite bands. The rocking weekend of entertainment and spiritual encouragement is planned for the Laguna Seca Recreation Area in Monterey, Aug. 4 to 6.
Tickets for the festival go on sale beginning noon March 1. The Monterey venue features seven stages and 14 hours of activities over the three days.
