'Imagine George Washington in the modern day military'

NEW YORK (Christian Examiner) -- FOX news commentator Todd Starnes asks in his "American Dispatch" video if the Air Force is allowing itself to be bullied by atheists.

Speaking on the controversy surrounding an Air Force story about an officer and his family's good deed during Christmas break he asks if the military is "kow-towing" to a minority of "perpetually-offended" non-believers.

Starnes goes on to illustrate several recent examples of military personnel who have found themselves in the crossfire of their own military commands when they have simply exercised their religious freedom, or free speech.

"Imagine George Washington in the modern day military," Starnes suggests.
