BOONE, N.C. (Christian Examiner) – Franklin Graham does not have names, but claims Muslims have infiltrated the U.S. government and "are advising the White House."

Graham made his charge during an interview Thursday with Bill O-Reilly on Fox News.

But he said the problem is not just the United States but also "Western Europe. They have gotten into the halls of power," he said.

Graham told O'Reilly he could provide a list of names later, but said "I do know they're there" and clarified that these followers of Islam were not necessarily next to the president whispering in his ear, but insisted they "are in the halls and they are speaking to staffers and they are influencing."

But Graham was careful also to reach out to Muslims who might have been viewing the broadcast, prefacing his remarks with a plea.

"First, Bill, I think it's important for Muslims who are watching this program know that we love them and pray for them," he offered. "I want Muslims everywhere to know that God loves them and that He sent His Son to this from Heaven to earth, Jesus Christ, for them."

Graham, who is a frequent guest on Fox News, is president of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, founded by his father, evangelist Billy Graham. He also is president of Samaritan's Purse, an international Christian relief organization.
