Our first day in Israel got a late start as our flight landed at Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport at 4:00 p.m. Dinner was at a traditional Israeli restaurant, located in the Tel Aviv Port overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.

Bet She’an, Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, Qumran and Masada

Our guide informed us that we have a full day and a lengthy drive ahead of us as we leave the Sea of Galilee and head south through the Jordan River valley and the West Bank to the Dead Sea region.
